Welcome To Ishta Yoga! It Is Our Mission To Help Each Student Find A State of Balance Through the Sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda. Growing Up in South Africa, My Family Hosted Many Gurus At Our House, and I Was Always Surrounded by Yoga. Seeking To Integrate and Celebrate These Teachings, My Father and I Created Ishta Yoga in the Late 1960's. Ishta Aims To Give Each Student an Understanding of How To Incorporate Aspects From Various Yoga Styles and Practices in A Way That Best Suits Their Individual Paths. Our Studio Offers Yoga and Meditation Classes, Teacher Trainings, Ayurvedic Treatments, Western Massage, Workshops and Retreats.
